Bianca is a motivated and dedicated professional currently working as a Leasing Consultant at First National Engage Eastlakes since January 2023. With her Assistant Agent Certificate in hand, she actively pursuing my Certificate IV and preparing herself to take on the responsibilities of a Property Manager.
As a leasing consultant, she has gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the leasing process.
She has been involved in tasks such as screening potential tenants, conducting property viewings, preparing lease agreements, and addressing tenant inquiries. This role has allowed Bianca to develop strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for matching tenants with suitable rental properties.
Outside of work, Bianca has a keen interest in exploring cafes, indulging in delicious food and beverages, and appreciating the ambiance they offer. She says it "serves as a means to unwind, socialize, and enjoy moments of relaxation".
Additionally, Bianca values and prioritises spending quality time with her friends and family. Those meaningful connections provide her with a sense of support, joy, and a space to create lasting memories. Whether it's engaging in conversations, going on outings, or simply enjoying each other's company, "these experiences contribute to my overall well-being".
